Volleyball at CCS

Taking advantage of the 3 gyms that the campus at CCS provides, our volleyball teams compete in the TSSAA against top schools in the region. Our coaching staff seeks to guide our female athletes toward excellence in the game through developing their God-given talents. In 2018, the High School varsity team went 36-11, won the Hixson Invitational, and was District Champion and Sub State Champion. Athletes compete at the varsity and junior varsity level in High School and Middle School. CCS also offers Lower School volleyball for grades 3-5.

Middle School Volleyball

CCS Middle School athletic programs offer both varsity and junior varsity levels for most athletic programs. Teams are determined by tryouts that evaluate our young players on physical ability, fundamental skills, game understanding and comprehension, attitude, effort, and much more. Our JV teams are designed to develop young athletes with a commitment to growing fundamentals and skill sets, game understanding, and work ethic. The Varsity teams are designed to prepare athletes for the High School level with an advanced approach to developing fundamentals and game understanding.
