  • Mission

The mission of the CCS Theatre Department is to engage the creation, fall, and redemption of God's world by analyzing, understanding, and then recreating human nature in a way that is perhaps impossible without theatre. We strive to stretch students personally and artistically; to comprehend the values of hard work, respect for other human beings, and reception to constructive criticism; and to learn how to use theatre for God's glory. We hope to educate and serve our community by telling compelling stories by way of personal artistic expression.

The CCS Theatre program invites you to see the Lower and Middle School Musical, Wizard of Oz, November 9-12 in the CCS Fine Arts Center.

About Wizard of Oz: Dorothy Gale is swept away by a tornado from her Kansas farm to the magical land of Oz. The CCS Theatre Department invites you to see Clue coming this September! Performances are September 22 at 7 PM | September 24 at 2 PM and 7 PM in the CCS Fine Arts Center.

About Clue: It’s a dark and stormy night, and you’ve been invited to a very unusual dinner party. Each of the guests has an alias, the butler offers a variety of weapons, and the host is, well…dead. Based on the film and board game, Clue is a comedy that will keep you guessing until the end.
