Dr. Marni Halvorson
Interim Head of School
EdD in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University
Dr. Halvorson and her husband, Steve, live on Lookout Mountain and attend Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church. They are the parents of four grown sons. Dr. Halvorson has had a long and distinguished career as a Christian school teacher, leader, and board member. Her Christian school leadership experience includes serving as the Head of School at Covenant Day School in Matthews, North Carolina for 10 years. She has also served two Christian schools as their Interim Head of School and has been a CCS board member since 2018.
