What: Full commercial kitchen with soup and salad bar and grab-and-go stations; redesign of existing Lunch Pavilion to provide soup, salad, and deli stations; additional cold prep area in existing Concessions area for daily-prepared wraps, sandwiches, and fresh fruit options.
Why: Interested families will have access to wholesome, affordable meal plans for their children. Students, staff, and faculty will have a variety of hot and cold options, grab-and-go options, fresh produce, soup, and salad served at various locations on campus.
