Tuition Assistance & Financial Aid
At Chattanooga Christian School (CCS), we recognize that financing a private Christian education can be a challenge for many families. To make a Christ-centered education more accessible, CCS provides need-based financial aid to families who demonstrate genuine need and would not otherwise be able to afford tuition. Please note that CCS does not offer academic or athletic scholarships.
We are committed to affordability by dedicating a significant portion of our budget to tuition assistance. As our school community has grown, so has our financial commitment. In the 2024-2025 school year, CCS awarded $2.4 million in need-based financial aid—a fourfold increase compared to eight years ago.

Financial Aid Process at CCS
At Chattanooga Christian School (CCS), the financial aid application must be completed each year. Families are required to reapply annually and submit all necessary documents—including tax forms—by the designated deadline to be considered in the first round of need-based tuition assistance awards. Please note that CCS cannot guarantee financial aid for applications completed after the deadline.
For new families, financial aid consideration begins only after you have submitted your online application for admission to CCS. Be sure to review the Financial Aid Application Instructions carefully before applying, as financial aid will not be reviewed without a completed admission application.
Families who demonstrate financial need will receive their financial aid award notification along with the student’s official acceptance packet.
It is important for families to meet the Financial Aid application deadlines. Applications submitted after January 31 (December 15 for current families) may not be considered in the initial round of funding. This can result in a reduced funding pool, which may impact the availability of assistance for families who qualify.
