Hold Fast Campaign Surges Ahead as Chattanooga Christian School Nears $14.6M Goal

Chattanooga Christian School (CCS) has raised more than $13.3 million toward its $14.6 million Hold Fast Campaign goal, marking 91% completion as construction continues on new Lower School classrooms.

The campaign supports campus improvements, including eight new Lower School classrooms currently under construction. Framing and electrical work are complete, and roof installation is underway. The expansion is scheduled for completion this summer.

The new classrooms are designed to enhance the learning environment for Lower School students, providing updated instructional space to support academic excellence and Christian formation at Chattanooga Christian School.

Leadership Growth Strengthens Development Efforts

As the Hold Fast Campaign progresses, Chattanooga Christian School has appointed Katie Hendrix as director of development. Hendrix brings more than 20 years of experience in advancement and fundraising. She also is a current CCS parent.

“I’m looking forward to joining the CCS staff and faculty in their incredible mission of equipping students to love God with their whole hearts and their minds,” Hendrix said. “I have seen my own son grow over the last four years and am honored to bring my experience and skill set to the Development Team to further this mission and impact the Kingdom.”

Head of School Matt Covey expressed gratitude for the school community’s support.

“We are deeply grateful for your generosity, prayers and encouragement,” Covey said. “Your partnership is fueling the momentum we are experiencing early in 2026 and positioning CCS for a strong year ahead.”

Community Support Drives Momentum

School leaders say continued support from families, alumni and community partners is helping Chattanooga Christian School move closer to its fundraising goal.

As the Hold Fast Campaign nears completion, CCS invites supporters to participate. Gifts of any size will help advance campus improvements and strengthen the school’s mission of providing Christ-centered education in Chattanooga.
