CCS Performing Arts Announces Fall 2026 Season

CCS Performing Arts Announces Fall 2026 Season

The stage is set for another year of performing arts at Chattanooga Christian School as CCS Fine Arts prepares for a full 2026-27 season.

Across Fine Arts, students have opportunities to develop their craft, collaborate with one another and create work that reflects a thoughtful pursuit of truth, beauty and goodness. From concerts to theatrical productions, the year ahead will give the CCS community many opportunities to experience and celebrate students’ creative work.

Theatre Takes the Stage

CCS Theatre will present four productions featuring Lower, Middle and High School students during the 2026-27 season.

High School opens the season with 12 Angry Jurors, with performances Oct. 8 and 10 in the Fine Arts Center. Middle School students take the stage Nov. 11-14 for James and the Giant Peach JR.

In the spring, the High School will present Disney’s Newsies, with performances March 11-20. The season concludes May 14-15 as Lower School students present A Year With Frog and Toad KIDS.

This year, CCS Theatre is focused on growing students’ ability to create excellent, beautiful, truthful and unified productions while developing well-rounded theatre artists who collaborate effectively. Students can participate not only as performers but also through opportunities in stage management, technical theatre, costumes, sets, props and other production roles.

Band & Choir Bring Music Together This Fall

The Middle and High School bands will showcase their talents during the Fall Band Concert on Oct. 14.

The Middle and High School choirs will come together for the Fall Choir Concert on Oct. 29 at First Baptist Chattanooga.

The High School choir and band will present their Christmas Concert on Dec. 4. The Middle School choir and band will present their Christmas Concert on Dec. 8.

Whether performing onstage, making music, creating visual art or working behind the scenes, CCS Fine Arts students are encouraged to develop their talents for the glory of God. We look forward to welcoming students, families and the broader CCS community throughout the year as we celebrate their work and the gifts He has given them.
