Helping Students Build Confidence & Skills

We believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed. Our Supportive Camps are designed for K-12 students with disabilities who benefit from:

Smaller groups
Individualized attention
Extra staff supervision and support

These camps may include:

Additional supervision beyond regular Day Care ratios
Assistance with restroom needs
Help managing behavior—support that exceeds that

The structure of our Supportive Camps mirror that of our Day Camp, allowing participants to enjoy the same activities alongside their peers, with additional assistance tailored to meet individual needs.

If you're interested in enrolling your child in our Supportive Camps, please contact Summer Camp Director Carie Roncin at croncin@ccsk12.com. Parents must reach out to discuss necessary accommodations with the camp director prior to registration.

What to Expect at Day Camp

Daily activities: Physical, scientific, and creative experiences

Themed fun: Crafts, dress-up days, and age-appropriate games

Flexible schedule: 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day options each week

Length: Runs for 8 weeks

Meals: Lunch included in cost

Registration: Based on the grade your child will enter this fall

Our Staff

Our staff is trained in caring for students who have needs that go beyond a typical developmental norm for their age. Within The Learning Center facilities, there are places for sensory breaks, large bathrooms if assistance is needed, and a place to go when students need a pause from Day Camp and Specialty Camps.

Supportive Camp Options & Cost

Day Camp with Inclusion

Day Camp with Hybrid Inclusion

A hybrid day camp offering a blend of inclusive activities and a calming environment for campers who need extra support with extra staff. Campers participate in group activities with peers at their ability level, with access to a quiet, sensory-friendly space when a break or additional comfort is needed, ensuring a balanced and supportive experience for all.

Ages: PreK-12th
5-Day: $475 | 3-Day: $330 | 2-Day: $220

Day Camp with Full Assistance

Day Camp offering one-to-one assistants for campers who need extra support. Each camper is paired with a dedicated assistant, ensuring personalized guidance and enabling participation in activities tailored to their abilities, while fostering connection and growth in a fun, inclusive setting. Campers must be registered before May 15, 2025 to ensure proper staffing.

Before Camp Care Add-On
