Welcome to Summer Camp at Chattanooga Christian School! We're excited to have your student(s) join us for our specialty camps.

All Campers Need To Know

Drop-off & Pickup

All students should be dropped off and picked up at the Middle School side of CCS—the door closest to the STEM room with the Summer Camp banner.

Snacks

Morning and afternoon snacks are provided daily.

Cell Phone Policy

Tennessee law prohibits holding a phone while driving.
Do not use phones in carpool line or while driving on campus.
For safety, do not cross the the carpool line—use designated crosswalks.

Specialty Camp

What to Bring

Labeled water bottle (non-metal preferred)
Sunscreen (for outdoor camps)
Camp-specific items (details will be emailed prior to camp)

Day Camp Extension

General Information

Water activities will take place when weather permits.
Apply sunscreen before arrival (staff will reapply as needed)
Daily rest time is included (nap or quiet activity)

What to Bring

Please label all items clearly.

Required Items:

Labeled water bottle (non-metal preferred)

Change of clothes

Afternoon Campers Only:

Small blanket or towel/sheet (for rest mat)
Optional blanket for rest time
Towel for water activities
Swimsuit or water clothes (no bikinis)

Drop-off and Pickup Information

Full-Day Camp with Morning & Afternoon Care (7:30 AM–6:00 PM)

This schedule applies to campers enrolled in Morning or Afternoon Camp with Day Camp Extension, including both Before Care and After Care.

Before Care

Drop-off Time

Begins at 7:30 AM.

Arrival Options

Carpool Drop-off

For campers who can exit the vehicle independently
Enter through the Main Gate
Follow posted signs to the designated drop-off location

Walk-Up Drop-off

Required for Preschool and kindergarten campers
Recommended for:
- Campers needing assistance
- Campers who benefit from a quieter arrival
Park and use the crosswalk to walk your camper to the Before Care entrance banner
Check your child in using one of the iPads

Drop-off Cards

Required for preschool, kindergarten, and 1st grade campers
Helps staff identify campers who may be shy or difficult to understand
Not required for 2nd–8th grade campers

Transition & Lunch

Campers go to lunch at 12:15 PM, then transition to afternoon activities
Lunch is included for campers enrolled during lunchtime, including:
- Day Camp
- Day Camp Extension
- Full-day, on-campus Specialty Camps

Additional Notes

Campers may bring their own lunch
If your camper will not remember their lunch, place a note on their backpack so staff can assist
Nut-free campus: Do not send food containing nut products
No refunds will be issued for unused lunch days

After Care Pickup

Go to the entrance with the posted banner
Call the phone number displayed at the entrance
Staff will bring your camper to you
You may wait in your car or outside the entrance

Pickup Deadline

All campers must be picked up by 6:00 PM

Late Pickup Policy

$10 flat fee plus $1 per minute after 6:00 PM

Morning Camp with Morning Care (7:30 AM–12:00 PM)

This schedule applies to campers enrolled in Morning Camp with Before Care and regular pickup.
