  • Middle School Football | 9 AM-12 PM | 6th-8th

    The CCS Middle School Summer Football Camp will focus on football fundamentals, skill development, and offensive/defensive techniques. The campers will also be introduced to different skill tests such as the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, and pro agility test as well as the importance of academics, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being. Campers will be taught by current CCS football coaches and players! This four-day camp is for rising 6th-8th graders. The cost of this camp is $175.

  • LEGO Adventure | 9 AM-12 PM | K-1st

    LEGO Adventure Camp will be engaging, creative, and active. Children will build and act with LEGO. In addition to brick building, your child will play games and do activities that will keep them moving throughout the day. Each day will be a different theme. Children are encouraged to dress up each day with the following themes: LEGO Superheroes, LEGO Ninjago, LEGO City, LEGO Minecraft, and LEGO Star Wars. This camp will be led by Ms. Alex Boochie. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Fairy Princess | 9 AM-12 PM | K-1st

    This camp will allow your daughter to focus on a different princess each day. Monday: Ariel - The Little Mermaid, Tuesday: Jasmine - Aladdin, Wednesday: Tiana - The Princess and the Frog, Thursday: Rapunzel - Tangled, and Friday: Snow White - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This is done with crafts, songs, dress-up, games, and much more. This camp will be led by Ms. Rebecca Patty. The cost of this camp is $200. 
  • Dash, Dot, Ozobot | 9 AM-12 PM | K-2nd

    Dash, Dot, Ozobot campers will be motivated to collaborate with one another to understand the basics of robotics construction and the programming language. In this robotics camp, we will have lots of fun programming the robots to complete challenges and battle in strategy games. Fun things we will do in robotics camp may include dressing up our robots for a dance party, creating a story using different robots, or battle racing the robots! This camp will be led by Ms. Kirsten Hyde. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • American Girl Doll | 9 AM-12 PM | 2nd-3rd

    Campers will make handcrafted, customized accessories for their American Girl Dolls. All materials will be provided. Don’t have an American Girl Doll? No problem! Bring one of your favorite dolls with you to this fun and crafty camp. This camp will be led by Ms. Laurel Caine. The cost of this camp is $200. 
  • Co-Ed Basketball | 9 AM-12 PM | 3rd-5th

    Get ready for an amazing, high-energy basketball camp for boys and girls with Varsity Basketball Coach Laura Cottrell. Coach Cottrell is a four-year high school state champion and former ACC standout basketball player at Clemson University. She brings 20+ years of coaching experience at both the college and high school levels to this year's camp. Campers will spend time practicing and learning shooting fundamentals and mechanics, offensive footwork, ball handling and control, passing and catching techniques, shooting, and much more. Campers will be taught techniques, but more importantly, they will be given tools to practice these skills at home. The cost of this camp is $200. 
  • Math Fluency | 9 AM-12 PM | 3rd-5th

    Need a little extra boost with some math facts and fluency? Come join us for our math boot camp to freshen up on multiplication and division facts. Geared towards students who are struggling to master their facts. We will play math games and focus on tips and tricks for remembering and retaining our multiplication facts! This camp is led by Ms. Maria Barnett. The cost of this camp is $175.
  • Nailed It! | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    Have you ever looked at a craft and thought, "I can make that?" It's time to put your skills to the test. Campers will be given a craft and the supplies to replicate the design. This is a chance to figure out how crafting works. This camp will be led by Ms. Laurel Caine. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Kids in the Kitchen | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    Join Ms. Jenny McCreary for a fun week of menu planning, preparation, and cooking! All materials are provided and are nut-free. Students will learn to plan, shop, prep, and create favorite items using safe prep and cooking skills. Parents will be invited to a tasting on the final day of class. There will be a maximum of 14 kids per session. The cost of this camp is $200. 
  • Chattanooga Explorers | 9 AM-4 PM | 5th-12th

    Come explore Chattanooga with Mr. Josh Green. This camp will be a full day of discovery and learning about the amazing places in Chattanooga. Campers will leave campus each day on a different adventure. They will hike beautiful mountains and explore new places in the Chattanooga area! The cost of this camp is $300.
  • Co-Ed Basketball | 9 AM-12 PM | 6th-8th

  • Peak Athletic Performance | 4-Day | 1 PM-4 PM | 6th-9th

    This four-day camp offers opportunities for rising Middle and High School athletes to learn and grow in sports performance to assist in their athletic development. Age appropriate training on weight room technique, speed, agility, and flexibility will be taught by nationally-certified coaches with experience working with all athletes from ages 8-professional to ensure a safe and fun learning experience. This camp is led by Tony Decker, director of strength & conditioning at CCS. This camp is offered June 6-9 only. The cost of this camp is $140.
  • VEX VRC Build & Program | 9AM-4PM | 6th-12th

    This is a beginner class targeting students entering CCS Upper School Robotics. Current robotics team members are welcome to sign up as well.

    Learn the core of the robotics design process while building your robot for the 2022/23 VRC Season. Build and program a prototype. Test. Modify. Repeat. In one week, you and your team  will build your own robot in anticipation of daily scrimmages as well as the tournament on the final day. This class will be led by CCS Robotics’ coaches and top robotics students who will be sharing all their tips and tricks for making and improving competitive robot builds. CCS will provide all the parts and equipment for use for the week. This camp will be led by our CCS Robotics Team instructors. The cost of this camp is $400.

    This camp is a great opportunity for campers to learn the basics of several sports. Campers will spend time learning football, basketball, baseball, wrestling, and soccer. This camp will be led by Mr. Tyler Robertson. The cost of this camp is $175. 
  • Intro to Sports Girls | 9 AM-12 PM | K-1st

    This camp is a great opportunity for campers to learn the basics of several sports. Campers will spend time learning basketball, softball, cheer/tumbling, volleyball, and soccer. This camp will be led by Ms. Katie Rigby. The cost of this camp is $175. 
  • Exploring Nature & Botany | 9 AM-12 PM | K-2nd

    This week will include science, art, and crafting. We'll dig our hands in and learn about plants and nature. We'll make terrariums, grow things, craft things, and explore the wonders of our natural world. This camp will be led by Ms. Anna Yonkofski. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Slumber Party | 1 PM-4 PM | K-5th

    Your child will enjoy all the fun of a slumber party but during the day. Campers will delight in fun afternoons in their PJs. They will play games, do makeovers, and much more. This camp will be led by Ms. Caitlin Tanner and Ms. Ashley Holwerda. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Musical Theatre Week 1 | Expand To See Times | K-8th

    Become a part of a Chattanooga Christian School summer tradition as you experience our fabulous Musical Theatre Camp! Rising K-8th grade campers will learn all that goes into putting on a musical theatre show. Campers work on performance skills (singing, dancing, and acting), stagecraft skills (creating costumes, props, and sets), and how to pull a show together through teamwork! Every child will be a part of our dazzling final production on Friday, June 24 at either 11:00 AM or 3:00 PM.

    Camp Options:Two-week participation is required (June 13-24).  You have the choice between morning, afternoon, or full-day camp. The times and costs of this camp vary:

    Musical Theatre Performance Camp: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00 PM-4:00 PM - $400

We hope that by attending this camp, participants will begin to grasp the foundational skills necessary to become successful athletes. Campers will be working with Head Wrestling Coach Josh Craft and members of the High School wrestling team. The cost of this camp is $175. 
  • Intro to Preforming Arts | 1 PM-4 PM | 3rd-6th

    Do you enjoy the performing arts? Come spend a week learning about all the aspects of performing. Campers will be writing songs, dancing, turning stories into plays, and more. This camp will be led by Ms. Robin Hyland. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • French Tourists | 9 AM-12 PM | 4th-5th

    Come explore the wonders of France. Take a "trip" across the world for the week and learn how to speak another language! Campers will be exposed to French culture food, crafts, and fun. Campers will enjoy macaroons, crepe making, creating their own Eiffel Tower, and more. This camp will be led by Ms. Halie Blair Quatro. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Beach Volleyball | 9 AM-12 PM | 5th-8th

    In this thrilling camp on our new beach volleyball court, your daughter or son will learn the fundamentals and explore the wonderful game of beach volleyball. We will learn how to pass, set, serve, and attack a ball. Throughout the week, your child will enjoy games and fun activities, all while learning the basics of beach volleyball. This camp will be led by Coach Brittney Berube. Boys and girls are welcome. The cost of this camp is $175.
  • Archery & Bow Building | 9 AM-12 PM | 5th-12th

    Come learn the art of archery and bow making. Campers will build their own bow during this camp as well as learn how to shoot the bow. This camp will be led by Josh Green. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Adulting 101 | 1 PM-4 PM | 5th-8th

    Looking for a camp that will teach some of the important aspects of being an adult? This camp is the one for you. Campers will focus on things such as compound interest, taxes, balancing a checking account, changing a tire, and much more. This camp will be led by Ms. Laurel Caine. The cost of this camp is $175.

  • Dive into Disney | 9 AM-12 PM | PreK

    Join us in exploring the Magic World of Disney! Campers will spend the week making crafts, enjoying snacks, and playing games with Disney themes including Minnie and Mickey, Tangled, Toy Story, The Incredibles, and Finding Nemo/Dory. This camp will be led by Ms. Amy Carver. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Messy Adventure | 9 AM-12 PM | K-1st

    Come join us for a week of messy games, crafts, and adventures. Campers will be guaranteed to get messy with items such as shaving cream and paint during many creative activities. This camp will be led by Ms. Caitlin Tanner and Ms. Ashley Holwerda. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Lower School Baseball | 9 AM-12 PM | K-5th

    The CCS Youth baseball clinic allows students in grades K-5 to learn and improve the basic skills of baseball in a fun, Christ-centered environment. Students will be working with CCS Head Baseball Coach Ben Wharton on skills such as throwing, fielding, hitting, sliding, base running, and pitching. Ben Wharton is a 2003 graduate of CCS, where he received TSSAA all-state baseball honors and played pitcher and shortstop with the 2002 and 2003 state tournament teams. Wharton continued his baseball career at Bryan College before playing for two independent minor league teams. After retiring from professional baseball, Wharton served as an assistant baseball coach at Covenant College. The cost of this clinic is $175.
  • Tennis | 9 AM-12 PM | K-6th

    Learn fundamental tennis skills such as serving and swinging (forehand and backhand). In addition to practicing technique and skill, your child will be introduced to the basic rules and etiquette of the game. CCS Tennis Head Coach Melanie Reynolds will lead the camp. The cost of this camp is $175.

  • Build & Play LEGO | 9 AM-12 PM | 2nd-5th

    LEGO Build and Play will be a time for campers to design and build with LEGO. This camp will have a set for each camper to work on throughout the week that the camper will get to take home at the end of the camp. This camp will be led by Miriam Arnold. The cost of this camp is $215.
  • Dabble in the Arts! | 9 AM-12PM | 2nd-5th

    Sing, create, play! Come dabble in the Fine Arts! In this 3-hour camp, kids will be able to rotate through visual arts, choir, and classroom instruments. This camp is led by Ms. Christa Tahere, Ms. Mia Baker, and Mr. Kirk Ward. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Tumbling | 1 PM-4 PM | 3rd-6th

    Flips, twists, tucks and more! Come spend an afternoon learning how to tumble. This camp is led by our Cheerleading Coaches, Caitlin Tanner and Ashley Holwerda. The cost of this camp is $175.
  • Cake Wars | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    Come learn the art of creating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Each day campers will learn the art of baking, decorating, and creating displays of yummy treats! This camp will be led by Ms. Emily Roncin. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • LEGO Boss | 9 AM-12 PM | 6th-8th

    In this camp, you will have an amazing time exploring, experimenting, building, and designing with LEGO! Students will enjoy STEM activities that include recreating local landmarks and historical buildings, making a habitat for an animal, printing and painting with LEGO, designing and building a tiny home and the furniture that would go in it, participating in a vehicle challenge, making a stop-motion animation, creating a 3-D design of a school, and much more! This camp will also incorporate problem-solving, mathematics, and architectural design that will both challenge and facilitate creative design. This camp is great for those who enjoy building, testing their creative design and vision, and using their imagination to have fun with LEGO! This camp will be led by Mr. Craig Lubbers. The cost of this camp is $200.

  • Fly Fishing | 9 AM-4 PM | 6th-12th

    During fly fishing camp, students will learn the basics of fly fishing including technique, fly tying, knot tying, fly identification, hook setting, and the basic fly cast. Little to no experience is required; this is for beginners who want to learn how to fly fish. Students will practice at local ponds and safe sections of rivers around the area attempting to catch bluegill, bass, trout, and other local fish. Fly fishing is a beautiful, calming, and peaceful activity that can provide students with a chance to be still and experience the beauty of God’s world. A fly rod (and reel) rigged with floating line and tippet is required for this camp. If you do not have one, or need recommendations for one, please contact us. This camp will be led by Mr. Clay Huffaker. The cost of this camp is $325.

  • Drums & Percussion Build & Play | 9 AM-12 PM | K-2nd

    This camp will give kids a chance to learn the basics of percussion. Campers will also learn how to build percussion instruments out of everyday items. This camp will be led by Mr. Kirk Ward, Instrumental Music Program Director for CCS Upper School. The cost of this camp is $200.

Your imagination can run wild! Computers will be available for campers to use, or they may bring their own. This camp will be led by Ms. Ruth Barnes. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Escape Room | 9 AM-12 PM | 4th-7th

    Does your child like riddles and breaking codes? Join us this summer as we work together to "Escape the Room!" The kids will learn to break codes and solve problems as they work together as a team. The Gamemaster will help guide them as they race against the clock to escape the room. This camp will be led by Melanie Ray. The cost of this camp is $200.

    Come join Mr. Greg Davick and Ms. Sara Davick in discovering the adventures of Chattanooga. This camp will include half-day adventures such as soaring on the zip line at Ruby Falls, climbing at High Point, hiking and team building on Lookout Mountain, and rafting on the Ocoee. We will end with a full day on Friday, July 1 spent rafting the Ocoee River (campers must be 11 years old or at least 90 lbs. to raft). Campers are guaranteed a week of fun and adventure. The cost of this camp is $275.

    Come explore the wonders of ocean life. This camp promises to have lots of ocean themed fun! Campers will explore the depths of the ocean through, games, crafts, food and fun! This camp is led by Ms. Lora Bailey. The cost of this camp is $200.

  • Around the World in Five Days | 9 AM-12 PM | 3rd-5th

    Come be a world traveler! We will travel to 5 continents in 5 days! During our explorations we will discover the food, language, art, and culture of various places on each of the continents. This camp will be led by Ms. Ginny Moore. The cost of this camp is $175. 
  • Volleyball | 9 AM-12 PM | 3rd-8th

  • Student Improv & Choreography | 1 PM-4 PM | 6th-12th

    This camp is designed to teach students how to both spontaneously create movement without prior preparation and create original choreography that is prepared and practiced. Through a variety of improvisational exercises, students will learn how to follow movement guides and explore the use of levels, shapes, and dynamics of the body. Students will also learn how to create movement that shares an experience or tells a story.
  • VEX VRC Advanced Team Week 1 | 9 AM-4 PM | 6th-12th

    This is a two-week camp for existing teams and coaches to sign up for together. In this camp you’ll learn how to properly design and document your entire robot build. After brainstorming and settling on a design, teams will perform an Ri3d: “Robot in three days.” From there you’ll program and drive your robot while modifying it mechanically. At the end of the two weeks we’ll have a tournament and skills champion. 

    At the conclusion of this camp, teams will have a fully documented robot along with all the needed programs and driver experience needed to compete. When school starts you’ll be ahead of the competition and ready to start designing your second robot! 

    The cost of this camp is $1500 per team. Max 5 campers per team for this price. If more campers are needed please contact us to make additional arrangements for cost.
  • Advanced Musical Theatre Week 1 | 10 AM-3 PM | July 11-22 | 7th-12th

    This workshop is an advanced, audition-based Musical Theatre Intensive! Campers will explore more advanced levels of singing, dancing, and acting in musicals to prepare them for higher levels of musical theatre performance.   • Fun with Dinosaurs | 9 AM-12 PM | K-1st

    Do you have a kid who loves dinosaurs? This is the camp for them. Campers will play, create, and learn all about dinosaurs. This camp will be led by Ms. Amy Carver. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Tennis | 9 AM-12 PM | K-6th

    Learn fundamental tennis skills such as serving and swinging (forehand and backhand). In addition to practicing technique and skill, your child will be introduced to the basic rules and etiquette of the game. CCS Tennis Head Coach Melanie Reynolds will lead the camp. The cost of this camp is $175.
  • Mad Scientist | 9 AM-12 PM | 3rd-5th

    Explore God's creativity as you explore his created world through hands-on science experiments and activities! Learn the science behind each phenomenon. With a focus on a different field of science every day, this camp is sure to be a blast! This camp will be led by Ms. Melanie Ray. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Harry Potter Muggle Training Camp | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    You’re invited to explore the wizarding world of Harry Potter for one magical week. We’ll start by sorting you into houses, then we’ll spend our time exploring essential subjects such as wand making, potions, astronomy, care of magical creatures, and more. Participants are encouraged to wear their Hogwarts house robes if they wish. This came is led by Ms. Lora Bailey and Mrs. Kelly Tomas. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Tabletop Role Playing Games (RPG) | 1 PM-4 PM | 5th-8th

    Do you love computer role playing games? Come participate in a camp where the campers are playing a collaborative game throughout the week. Campers will participate in RPGs that create an interactive, structured, open-world activity where players play as characters they create. Working together, the students will use their imaginations as they face challenges, calculate combat outcomes, and practice silly character voices in a story-like adventure game. Games will be monitored at all times. This camp is led by Mr. Mark Perry. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Songwriting | 9 AM-12 PM | 6th-12th

    Ever thought about writing a song? Well now is your chance! Come spend a week learning about how to compose a song using different units of material including (but not limited to): poetry and lyricism, aural analytical skills, basic principles of harmony and chord structures, writing melodies, rhythm and percussion, and collaboration. This camp is led by Mr. Mark Perry who has a Music Theory and Composition degree from Covenant College. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Wonders of Science | 1 PM-4 PM | 6th-8th

    Explore God's creativity as you explore His created world through hands-on Science experiments and activities! Learn the science behind each phenomenon. With a focus on a different field of science every day, this camp is sure to be a blast! This camp will be led by Ms. Melanie Ray. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • VEX VRC Advanced Team Week 2 | 9 AM-4 PM | 6th-12th

    This is a two-week camp for existing teams and coaches to sign up for together. In this camp you’ll learn how to properly design and document your entire robot build. After brainstorming and settling on a design, teams will perform an Ri3d: “Robot in three days.” From there you’ll program and drive your robot while modifying it mechanically. At the end of the two weeks we’ll have a tournament and skills champion. 

    At the conclusion of this camp, teams will have a fully documented robot along with all the needed programs and driver experience needed to compete. When school starts you’ll be ahead of the competition and ready to start designing your second robot! 

    The cost of this camp is $1500 per team. Max 5 campers per team for this price. If more campers are needed please contact us to make additional arrangements for cost.
  • Advanced Musical Theatre Week 2 | 10 AM-3 PM | July 11-22 | 7th-12th

    This workshop is an advanced, audition-based Musical Theatre Intensive! Campers will explore more advanced levels of singing, dancing, and acting in musicals to prepare them for higher levels of musical theatre performance. Prerequisites: If you have performed in 2+ High School musicals at CCS or 2+ Middle School musicals at CCS, consider this workshop.   • Hot Wheels | 9 AM-12 PM | K-1st

    When Hot Wheels are involved, campers are guaranteed to have fun. This camp is sure to provide lots of building and racing fun! Campers will work on building tracks, racing cars and just playing! This camp is led by Rebecca Patty. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Cheer | 9 AM-12 PM | K-8th

    Come cheer with us! Learn cheers, chants, and dances, and improve tumbling and stunt skills. Have a blast spending time with our varsity cheerleaders playing games, doing crafts, and putting on your very own pep rally on the last day of camp! This camp will be led by Head Cheerleading Coach Ashley Holwerda. The cost of this camp is $175.
  • LEGO Adventure | 9 AM-12 PM | 2nd-3rd

    LEGO Adventure Camp will be engaging, creative, and active. Children will build and act with LEGO. In addition to brick building, your child will play games and do activities that will keep them moving throughout the day. Each day will be a different theme. Children are encouraged to dress up each day with the following themes: LEGO Superheroes, LEGO Ninjago, LEGO City, LEGO Minecraft, and LEGO Star Wars. This camp will be led by Ms. Katie Rigby. The cost of this camp is $175.
  • Needlepoint | 9 AM-12 PM | 3rd-8th

    Have you ever wanted to learn the art of needle point? Now is your chance! This week of camp will focus on the techniques of needlepoint and other string arts and crafts. Come join Ms. Anna Yonkofski for a week of creativity. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Advanced Cake Wars | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    Come spend some time fine tuning your art of creating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Campers must have attended a week of Cake Wars camp previously or have prior knowledge of cake decorating to participate in this camp. Each day campers will learn the art of baking, decorating, and creating displays of yummy treats! This camp will be led by Ms. Emily Roncin. The cost of this camp is $200.
  • Ukulele Build & Play | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    Find out why the ukulele is one of the easiest and most fun instruments to play. Campers will learn the history and design of the instrument as well as how to play chords and melodies. Students will build their own ukulele as well as learn about the instruments that make up popular Hawaiian music. Mr. Kirk Ward is the Instrumental Music Program Director for CCS Upper School. He has a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar Performance from UTK and has been a professional guitar player and instructor for over sixteen years. The cost of this camp is $200. 
  • Board Games | 1 PM-4 PM | 4th-8th

    Would you like to have fun, relax, and play games? Board Games Camp is a time to have fun with your friends and learn a different board game each day. Students have time up front to learn the game, and they spend the rest of the camp time actually playing and competing against other students. Come join us for a laid-back afternoon! The board games will include: Risk, Monopoly, Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, chess, various card games, etc. The cost of this camp is $175.

  • College Application Bootcamp | 4-Day | 9 AM-12 PM | 12th

    Are you interested in getting a head start on the many steps of the college application process? CCS’s College App Boot Camp assists rising seniors with application essays, resumes/activities lists, and understanding each college or university's application submission systems and deadlines. Monday and Wednesday of the camp will concentrate on the college application process, and students will begin filling out college applications. Tuesday and Thursday of the camp will concentrate on Common App essay topic selection and drafting of college application essays. This camp will be led by High School Academic and College Counselor Beth Kelle and Writing Center Director Camille Platt. For questions about whether this is an appropriate workshop for your rising senior, please contact your academic counselor. The cost of this camp is $150.
