What to Bring
- Tennis shoes or molded cleats
- Personal water bottle
- Instruction may take place on turf or grass
Day-of Logistics
- Players will be picked up by Coach Reynolds in Salter Gym and escorted to the training location.
- After the clinic, players will be returned to Carie Roncin for pickup at the Lower School.
- For students safely, players may NOT be picked up directly from the gym.
- Pickup will take place at the Lower School garage door area.
- Students must be checked out using the SchoolPass app.
- Students not picked up within 5 minutes of the end of practice will be sent to Extended Care.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full payment is required at registration unless a payment plan is selected at checkout.
- CCS does not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, withdrawals, illness, or injury.
- Refunds are only available if optional third-party coverage was purchased at registration and the situation qualifies under that plan.
- If CCS cancels a program, families will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available session.
