Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning at CCS

Our strength and conditioning department works to accomplish the three major goals: improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills. Our coaches work in cooperation with our athletic training staff in the rehabilitation and  strengthening of injured athletes and to devise training plans according to sound scientific principles. They supervise training sessions, evaluate athletes, maintain athlete records, and teach strength and conditioning classes as needed.
