Chattanooga Christian School is proud to welcome international students from around the globe to our High School. Recent international students have attended CCS from China, Italy, Spain, and the Bahamas. We desire to offer international students the opportunity of a quality college-prep education, from a biblical worldview, in the context of a Christian community. Our goal is to shape well-rounded students by offering rigorous academic challenge, social involvement, leadership opportunities, and involvement in music, the arts, and competitive sports.
We offer classes especially designed for international students and for mainstreaming the students into our regular program in order to prepare them for their studies at American universities. CCS is a SEVIS approved school, licensed by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program to issue I-20 forms, which allows the international students to obtain an F1 student Visa.
Chattanooga Christian School was founded in 1970 and is one of the most respected private Christian schools in Tennessee. CCS is characterized by high academic standards, a vibrant student culture, supportive and involved parents, and a beautiful 60-acre campus surrounded by various mountains, ridges, lakes, and the Tennessee River.
Chattanooga is located in the southeastern part of the United States, only two hours from the metropolitan cities of Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee. Chattanooga is home to 170,000 residents who enjoy its culture, natural beauty, and numerous outdoor sports and adventure opportunities. Our City is referred to as the "Scenic City" and was voted the “Best Town" in the United States by Outside Magazine in 2015.
