Season Summary: "With high season expectations, the CCS boys' soccer boys did a remarkable job as they earned district, regional, and sectional championship titles before concluded their season as state runner-up as they eventually surrendering a 0-0 state finals match on penalty kicks. Their 21-2-2 record was achieved through a relentless defense that surrendered only 7 goals and an offense that tallied 107 goals on the season." The seniors, Corey Wilson, Aaron Wieldraayer, Matthias Crossman and Drew Daniel will be greatly missed from this year's state runner-up team. However, the future looks bright as so much of the team is returning for next year. Thank you to all the parents and fans that faithfully supported the team for the entire season! Special congratulations to Corey Wilson (Sr.), Taylor Farrar (Jr.), Roy Anderson (Jr.) for being named to the All-District Team and to Rocklin Shumaker (Jr.) for being named the MVP of the District.
Defender Roy Anderson, midfielder Adam Ryan were named to the Best of Preps Team and forward Rocklin Shumaker was named as the Best of Preps MVP.
