Nonesuch has arrived! Pick up your copy in the English classrooms or on the guidance office counter. There's some great art, poetry, and short stories in there. Get it. Nonesuch.

If you liked those field day t-shirts and forgot to buy one for yourself--there are a few still remaining! Bring your $10 to the office and pick up a shirt--first come, first serve. Your purchase, by the way, pays not just for yours but for three Hamilton County kids' shirts. Thanks so much for participating in this fun colorful, MUCH appreciated project!

Golf Tournament:  It's time to get your registration in for our 20th Annual CCS Boosters Golf Tournament.  The tournament will be held on Monday, June 7 at The Bear Trace.  Details and registration information can be found at www.ccsk12.com.  Registrations will be accepted through Friday, May 28.  If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail John Visser at jvisser@ccsk12.com, GlendaHenegar at ghenegar@ccsk12.com, or call the athletic office at 664-1238.

Physicals: All students, 5th - 11th grade, interested in participating in athletics during the 2010-2011 school year are required to have a physical examination prior to their first tryout/practice session.  You may go to your family physician, or again this year, the school will have physicians on campus Monday, May 24, from 4:30-5:30. Physicals will take place in the high school gym, and the cost is $25 (checks payable to CCS). All necessary, approved forms can be found at www.ccsk12.com under ‘parent resources,’ on the door of the athletic office, and in all school offices. Please make sure that you have completed all parent portions of the three forms. If forms are not

completed and signed, students will not be allowed to get their physical. Each student should wear shorts and a t-shirt for their exam.

Volleyball TRYOUTS are this week: Thursday, May 27 from 1:00-3:00 and Friday, May 28 from 10:00-2:00.

Track: Please return track uniform to Coach Fingerle or Coach Thomas this week!  Thursday night @ 7 pm HS Spring Athletic Awards Ceremony (dress code)
